Homemade Scent Blocker

try this recipe for under $ 3... For 2 Gallons !!
1 Gallon distilled water
1 Qt hydrogen peroxide
1 Lb baking soda
Mix well, Top off with spring water or local (filtered) creek water, to equal 2 Gals.
